Are you passionate about electrical engineering looking for technical challenges and want to join a global company that leads in technology and innovation ABB is looking for a Project Engineer to join the Electrification (EL) division. If you have experience with gas-insulated medium-voltage panels and want to work on high-impact and complex projects this is your opportunity!
Your Responsibilities
Develop medium-complexity electrical engineering projects by defining scope timeline and overseeing all project phases.
Evaluate select and apply engineering techniques and procedures preparing execution plans and material lists.
Implement and monitor project execution ensuring quality productivity safety and schedule standards.
Conduct technical studies prepare reports and propose improvements to meet project requirements.
Perform technical inspections and keep manuals and technical documentation up to date.
Support contract management activities including scope review risk assessment and progress reporting.
Your Background
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Control and Automation Engineering.
Advanced/intermediate English proficiency.
Experience in the electrical design and specification of medium-voltage panels.
Knowledge of Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs) for protection and control.
Proficiency in EPLAN and AutoCAD.
Nice to Have
Experience with Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) medium-voltage panels.
Advanced Spanish proficiency.
