Prestar atendimento aos clientes de consumveis e peas da M-I envolvendo desde o recebimento do pedido at sua entrega no cliente.
O que voc vai fazer
- Analisar e processar os pedidos de impressoras peas e consumveis.
- Acompanhar o faturamento dos pedidos processados.
- Acompanhar o backlog e informar o cliente sobre atrasos.
- Contatar departamento de logstica para posies de entrega e disponibilidade de faturamento.
- Verificar diariamente os pedidos processados nos portais de compras dos clientes.
- Emitir cotaes e enviar aos clientes.
- Apoiar o cliente com relao a reclamaes esclarecimentos ou dvidas por e-mail e telefone.
- Suporte ao time de vendas quanto aos pedidos de impressoras para faturamento/processamento.
- Suporte ao financeiro quanto solicitaes de refaturamento.
Experincias mandatrias e conhecimentos
- Ensino Mdio completo.
- Experincia com atendimento ao cliente.
- Conhecimento em Pacote Office nvel usurio
- Habilidades: Comunicao verbal e escrita negociao influncia sem autoridade organizao e administrao do tempo.

- Ingls Avanado
Competncias desejveis
- Superior completo em Administrao de empresas e reas afins.
- Conhecimento em SAP
