Your key responsibilities:
Lead the implementation configuration and customization of eFront solutions to meet business requirements.
Work closely with Private Equity and Asset Management clients to understand their needs and translate them into system solutions.
Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Manage end-to-end project lifecycles including requirement gathering functional design testing deployment and post-implementation support.
Provide training and guidance to end users on eFront functionalities.
Collaborate with technical teams business analysts and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and integration with existing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues ensuring optimal performance.
Keep up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in Private Equity technology solutions.
Skills & attributes for success:
Bachelors degree in Finance Business IT or a related field.
Min. 3 years of defining data migration approaches and execution of eFront system. Candidates with more experiences will be considered for a more senior position.
Mandatory experience in eFront implementation.
Strong understanding of Private Equity Asset Management and alternative investments.
Experience in business analysis system configuration and process optimization.
Strong knowledge of fund accounting investor reporting and portfolio management processes.
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
