We are seeking a bilingual (French/English) Senior Fund Administrator to support the Wealth and Asset Management team by accurately and efficiently handling client instruction processing. Reporting to the Operations Lead the Senior Fund Administrator is responsible for completing operational tasks with a strong focus on same-day turnaround in accordance with approved internal processes and desktop procedures.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented dependable and committed to delivering excellent service. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless client experience by maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
Executes varied transactions/processes utilizing standard procedures. May have specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas. May have responsibility for large complex and sensitive assigned accounts or portfolio.
Processes and/or reconciles varied and moderately complex transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Partners with internal and/or external business partners to route communications documents or other action items to complete transactions. Identifies and may resolve exceptions; escalates appropriately. May interact with customers and have assigned accounts or portfolio.
Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions.
Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests. Completes research and provides feedback on workflow and work received.
Reviews transactions and related documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of transactions ensuring all data is up-to-date and accessible for auditing or review purposes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex transaction issues facilitating smooth communication and process completion.
Monitor account activity and proactively identify discrepancies initiating corrective actions to maintain data integrity and account accuracy.
Assist in the preparation and review of reports on transaction trends and workflow efficiency to support process optimization.
Support compliance efforts by adhering to all regulatory requirements and company standards reporting any irregularities to management promptly.
Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field or equivalent work experience in financial services banking or fintech environments.
Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in transaction processing portfolio management or similar operational rolespreferably involving complex or high-sensitivity accounts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify discrepancies resolve exceptions and ensure accuracy in high-volume environments.
Effective communicator with proven collaboration skills including experience working across teams or regions to manage workflows and resolve issues efficiently.
Proficiency in both French and English with strong written and oral communication skills in both languages.
Detail-oriented and knowledgeable in regulatory compliance standards with a strong commitment to following established policies procedures and quality benchmarks.
