Overview

The Asia Pacific Professional Services team for Planning Economics and Reserves at Quorum Software is seeking an intern to learn our software and be a part of the team delivering software implementation projects for regional clients.

Responsibilities

• Learn to configure Planning Space
• Work with the consulting project team to deliver key project initiatives on schedule on budget and to specification
• Assist in maintenance and improvement of training materials and project documentation
• And other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a resilience to obstacles and an internal drive to find the solution
• Graduates or final year undergraduates with university degree preferably oil and gas related (Engineering or Geosciences)
• Fluency in English is a must
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills coupled with the confidence and presentation skills necessary to present findings
• Prior database experience
• Experience with Platform APIs and Languages ideally in Odata RestfulAPI PowerQuery

Additional Details

• Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check Education Verification Employment Verification Drivers License Verification and Passport/ID validation.
• Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in Malaysia is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position. The successful candidate will be required to ensure they maintain and renew any visas or permits that grant employment eligibility where applicable.
• University course credit support: An internship supervisor can be assigned to help successful candidates validate reports for attaining university course credits.
• Monthly stipend: Approximately MYR 1800.
