Job Description
We are looking for someone who is a real guru in Android. You will be doing coding R&D and guiding juniors to develop awesome mobile and IoT applications. You should have experience working on complex apps and should be able to explain the architecture the structure of the app and why you made certain choices.
We are a young fast-growing company that is focused on improving not only our company but also each individual. We are making a foray into TDD and more complex projects really pushing the envelope and we need people who can grow with us. Transparency is super important for us the ability to speak about issues and take and give constructive criticism are key to success in this position. But as important as tech knowledge is humility and the willingness to work collaboratively.
Responsibilities
You need to have excellent communication skills in English as you will need to discuss with clients overseas and the local team who will look to you as an expert in all things Android.
Qualifications
- At least 4 to 6 years of real industry experience in Android
- Good comms skills. Must be able to explain a choice and discuss those choices with the client or other tech leads
- You need to be very precise and logical
- Need to know best practices in coding
- Sound knowledge and experience in the agile process
- Certificate or Degree in Software Engineering
- Knowledge of Flutter or ReactNative is a bonus
