Job Description
The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate the following characteristics and experience: Work on functional and integration quality assurance testing in a hands-on approach using the latest technologies in automation. Build effective test plans and cases analyse automation suites and target reduction of regression test. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop test plans execute test strategy to deliver high quality products. Be self-motivated able to grasp issues quickly and make educated critical judgment in the absence of complete requirements. Work timings will vary 4 to 5 days a month to support engineering activities with global teams.
- Demonstrable experience in designing and executing tests for Web Services (Rest & SOAP) using Java-based test scripts.
- Demonstrable experience in UI automation tools like Selenium/Playwright.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins GitLab or similar tools.
- Good collaboration organisational and communication skills with ability to deliver in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in cloud technologies such as AWS/GCP and containerisation technologies such as Docker would be a plus.
- Bachelors or Masters in a Computer Science Mathematics or related Engineering field.
