Description

The Business Analyst IDAM supports the Digital Change and Transformation team in delivering key initiatives under the Digital Reimagination Program (DRI). This role focuses on the discovery and design of an Identity Access Management (IAM) solution ensuring it aligns with business objectives effectively manages user access and meets compliance requirements. Its ideal for a BA with strong analytical skills and experience bridging business and technical needs within security frameworks.



Skills And Experiences

Please note: This is a two year fixed-term role

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Working with stakeholders to identify document and analyse business requirements for IAM solutions.
  • Examining current and proposed business processes to ensure they are aligned with IAM policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
  • Creating detailed documentation including use cases functional specifications and process flows to support the implementation and maintenance of IAM systems.
  • Participating in continuous improvement activities to optimize IAM processes and solutions.
  • Develop detailed functional and technical specifications for identity and access management including user provisioning authentication authorization and role-based access controls.
  • Document business rules data flows and integration points between Microsoft Entra ID and HCM Payroll and Finance systems.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management skills including the ability to build relationships manage expectations and facilitate collaboration.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the concepts of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Access Management (AM) and Privilege Access Management (PAM) as the core pillars of Identity access management.
