GSF Properties Inc. is looking to add a Grounds Technician to the team in Clovis CA! Come join a dynamic property management team!
This Grounds Technician position is responsible for the daily upkeep and curb appeal of two multi-family apartment communities in Clovis CA!

WHAT YOULL DO AS GROUNDS TECHNICIAN:
- Enhance our community - Youll be responsible for maintaining and cleaning the grounds to keep up the curb appeal of the property. On-the-job training will be provided as needed.
- Build rapport with customers - Youll make positive connections with customers by offering a smile and a greeting when you see them around their homes.
- Respond to service requests - Youll launch into action when grounds issues arise collaborating with teammates and prioritizing service requests to earn trust and build resident satisfaction.
- Notice the details - Youll walk the property daily inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety and helping to maintain great curb appeal.

- Excellent Customer Service
- At least 1 year of proven and current work experience
- 1 year of current and proven customer service experience
- Basic computer skills (email internet etc.)
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Great attention to detail
- Available to work M-F 8am-5pm schedule in Clovis (40 hours per week)
Salary Description
17.50 per hour plus benefits
