Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform remote or on-site equipmentsetup demonstration installation andtesting.
- Provide customers directionon the configuration maintenance and operation of the form of direction may vary from informal knowledge transferto delivery of formal technicaltraining
- Follow-up with clients to ensure their equipmentare fully functional after troubleshooting.
- Coordinate and communicate the status of assigned jobs to internal and external stakeholders.
- Generate quotations and prepare field service reports on customer support activity.
- Support the sales team on pre-sales functions such asproduct demonstration.
Requirements
- Diploma in civil/mechanical/ electronic engineering
- Work experience in construction/ M&E / manufacturing industries
- Good interpersonal andcommunication skills
- Able to communicatein Mandarin with Chinese-speaking clients &vendors
