Job Description
At Strawberry were on a quest to redefine the hospitality experience through innovation & 2023 we launched our new mother brand Strawberry and we are transforming from a traditional hotel company to a universe of offers and experiences for our guests and customers.
We are now searching for a Product Coordinator and Junior machine learning engineer to manage and coordinate the lifecycle of our in-house AI product Scout which is now an internal and external AI agent.
What you will be doing:
Be the product go-to person: You will be the primary point of contact for Scout AI coordinating with key stakeholders across our organization to ensure smooth rollouts and effective product adoption.
Manage the product Lifecycle: Youll oversee the full product journey from mapping out new feature requests and participating in prioritization to maintaining comprehensive product documentation and providing third-line support.
Drive AI Innovation: A key part of your role will be to directly influence the performance of our AI agent through prompt engineering. Youll work with the product team to develop and refine prompts for a variety of applications ensuring Scout delivers the best possible experience.
Contribute to a Collaborative Culture: Youll thrive in a team environment striving to achieve high-quality work and our quarterly roadmap targets.
Who we think you are:
- You have strong communication skills in English and a Scandinavian language and can work effectively with all levels of an organization
- You have an interest in technology and are a quick learner
- You are organized detail-oriented and thrive on managing multiple tasks
- Knowledge or interest in the following code languages is beneficial: Terraform GCP / Cloud Run HTML / CSS (Tailwind).
- Some understanding of web design principles is desirable.
- A plus: Knowledge or interest in Looker Studio.
