Administration Team Leader Womens and Childrens Health Services

  • Salary Band 7 between $81226 and $85758 per annum

About the Role

We are bringing our Womens and Childrens administration together and we are looking for someone to lead this team as we transition into the New Dunedin Hospital Outpatients Building. The function of this role is to manage a group of employees who perform administrative duties. The Team Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day co-ordinated direction assignment and organisation of clinical bookings for Womens and Childrens Health Services.

The Team Leader will be a point of contact for management and associated teams to provide optimal service. You will be responsible for planning implementing staffing and providing technical support and training to administration team members. You will lead initiatives that embrace innovation & swiftly adjust to strategies and operations in response to evolving healthcare. Developing & supporting initiatives to address barriers to achieve equity reducing variation and supporting partnership across the health sector is an important part of this role.
