Size and functions of local team: Rapidly growing. 3 new hires for each AE role type; separate teams with growth opportunity and potential lead prospects

Role description:
New business acquisition across the Dutch hospitality sector. Full cycle closing rolewith added field-based responsibilities; strong need for independence and maturity; measured on visits and demos in month 12 then AMRR.

Growth perspective:
Rapid path from Field or Strategic AE possible
RSU offering adds long-term value

Must haves:
Mainly looking for character; grit coachability ambition
B2B closing experience must be able to demonstrate closing/negotiating a contract
Proven independence and CRM discipline

Nice to haves:
SaaS or hospitality background (huge plus but not essential)

Salary range & secondary benefits: 68.4 OTE 41k base 27.36 variable (top performer got 240%) 475 monthly allowance in place of a car: payed to them directly.
