Full-Time Professor in Management and Leadership
Location:Ciudad Jurez Campus

What will you doThe main challenge is to contribute in core areas and in the development of competencies for an LAE (Business Administration Graduate) such as forecasting and strategic planning as well as proposing agile and flexible models that align with the institutions objectives.
What are we looking for
- Ph.D. in the area of Administration Strategy or Business Innovation/Transformation (mandatory)
- Masters degree in the area of Administration Strategy Family Business Innovation or Business Transformation
- Advanced English: TOEFL IBT 72 B2 / 95 C1. TOEFL ITP 543 B2 / 620 C1 (mandatory. If you proceed without evidence an evaluator will be assigned)
- At least 3 years of teaching experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the industry
- Experience abroad either academic and/or professional
