Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Identity Engineer

Responsibilities

Design and manage Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems including SSO MFA and RBAC
Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications (e.g. Azure AD Okta Ping Identity)
Monitor and audit identity-related activities for compliance
Manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and digital certificates across endpoints servers and applications
Automate certificate lifecycle: issuance renewal revocation
Maintain internal and external CA integrations (e.g. DigiCert Lets Encrypt)
Ensure TLS/SSL configurations meet security best practice
Log all incidents and service requests in the ITSM system ensuring SLA adherence.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L2/L3 with proper documentation.
Maintain and update SOPs and contribute to the internal knowledge base.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Bachelors Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience in IAM and certificate management
Strong knowledge of protocols: LDAP SAML OAuth2 OIDC Kerberos SCIM
Hands-on experience with PKI HSMs and certificate automation tools (e.g. Certbot Venafi HashiCorp Vault)
Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell Python Bash)
Familiarity with cloud IAM (Azure AD AWS IAM GCP IAM)
