Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials in-process components and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and maintain the companys quality management system.
- Develop and deliver training programs on quality control and assurance.
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of quality systems.
- Participate in customer audits and address any quality-related concerns.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to quality control.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles methodologies and tools.
- Experience with quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Certification in quality management or related field is a plus.
