Ensuring all marketing initiatives campaigns and programs are aligned with the global strategy are measurable and deliver return on investment.- Exceptional marketing briefs: You will write clear insightful business briefs that demonstrate excellent understanding of Geo consumer and category insight. You will distill complex data and information into concise well-written briefing documents for creative teams and marketing partners.- Cross-functional leadership: This position is responsible for building international marketing plans and playbooks working closely with the international business teams and global and local marketing partnership with these teams you are responsible for ensuring that global strategies are operationalised into actionable playbooks for local marketing teams.- Marketing effectiveness: You will partner with Analytics and Media teams to define clear commercial and brand KPIs at the outset of every marketing initiative. You will lead retrospective campaign learnings reports and distill into future actions.- Prioritisation: Ruthless prioritisation of the campaigns and initiatives that will drive the business. You will provide clear rationale for decision-making to Exec leadership.
10- 15 years of relevant marketing experience.
Experience working at world-class creative agencies or mobile gaming technology media or entertainment companies.
Experience working in an International role is desired.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex marketing projects from concept to completion.
You are a senior marketing professional able to influence the business leadership.
Knowledge of marketing apps and app platforms required.
Experience leading a team and comfort working in a highly matrix organisation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Resourceful creative and collaborative.
Ability to manage to deadlines and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven project management skills including managing complex projects and multiple timelines.
Ability to work under pressure along with proven problem solving abilities.
Comfortable working as part of a global team building relationships with team members across the world.
