Your Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone email or chat Identifying customer issues
• Performing troubleshooting to find solutions
• Documenting each action taken
• Categorizing cases and potential errors
• Assisting customers in using paid products
• Escalating complex issues according to established procedures

Your Profile:

• Fluent German skills ( C2 / Native proficiency)
• B2 level of English
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and interpersonal abilities
• Quick grasp and adaptability in learning new processes concepts and skills
• Outstanding organizational skills and time management
• Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Exceptional native-level written and oral communication skills in the supported language
• Proactive attitude and strong team spirit
• Organized and capable of learning and understanding new processes concepts and skills recognizing that operations are constantly evolving
• Keen attention to detail and a desire to work precisely efficiently and at a high standard
• Ability to not only handle customer emotions but also empathize with the customers situation
