Job Description
Location: Remote-first Philippines preferred then South Africa or LATAM
Compensation: $1500/month (slightly neg) performance-linked bonuses

Schedule: Full time position distributed across operational growth and innovation task (US client; graveyard shift)
About the Role
Join an agile e-learning startup with a thriving platform serving numerous learners. This is a high-impact role where your ideas shape outcomes. Youll manage critical customer touchpoints run growth campaigns and explore innovative strategies to expand reach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Platform Operations & Customer Management (10 hours/week)
- Manage daily customer support workflows using templated responses and proactive issue resolution.
- Handle invoicing and billing on a bi-monthly cycle; track financial touchpoints.
2. Growth Strategy & Execution (1020 hours/week)
- Plan and run organic and paid campaigns to attract learners.
- Analyze platform performance to refine messaging channels and conversion paths.
3. Innovation & Strategic Project Work (10 hours/week)
- Collaborate on new initiatives such as AI-generated content niche social formats or automated tools.
- Support side ventures or pilot programs (e.g. faceless social media accounts reaching 1520M impressions/month).

Essential Qualities
- Strong customer empathy; makes learners feel heard and supported.
- Reliable communication with clear voice and great video/audio presence.
- Skilled in executing both organic and paid growth strategies.
- Project ownership; able to take ideas and run independently.
- Entrepreneurial curiosity to explore new formats tools and platforms.
Bonus If You Have
- Experience with e-learning platforms or digital content operations.
- AI or automation tool know-how for content creation/distribution.
- Background managing hybrid social learning communities.
