Be the driving force behind strategic pricing & portfolio decisions at Renewi.
We are looking for a highly experienced Pricing & Portfolio Lead who can operate at the intersection of strategy leadership and hands-on execution. This is not a role for traditional marketers or generalists were looking for a seasoned expert in pricing and value-based portfolio management ready to shape and lead our pricing agenda across the Commercial Waste division.
Pricing & Portfolio Lead
Full-time Eindhoven (hybrid) 1.3 Billion Revenue

As our Pricing & Portfolio Lead youll play a critical role in driving sustainable growth by turning data market insights and cost structures into smart pricing and portfolio strategies. Youll lead the charge in building pricing maturity across the business aligning commercial decisions with long-term value. From optimising price logic to steering value-based portfolio development youll shape how we go to marketwhile strengthening your impact as a strategic and operational leader.
Your mission:
- Strategic Pricing Leadership: Define and implement pricing strategies that maximise value and margin across multiple segments. Translate cost market and customer data into intelligent price positioning and steer the organisation towards value-based pricing maturity.
- Portfolio Management & Optimisation: Own and shape our service and product portfolio by continuously evaluating market relevance profitability and strategic fit. Rationalise reposition or expand offerings to match customer needs and business goals.
- Team Development & Coaching: Lead and coach a small but growing team of pricing and product analysts. Set clear priorities provide technical and strategic guidance and help build internal capabilities through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
- Operational Excellence: Work hands-on to improve pricing processes tools and governance. Develop and implement scalable models clear discount structures and price-setting logic to support commercial teams with actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a strategic sparring partner to sales finance and operations. Ensure alignment between pricing cost structures and commercial decision-making. Translate complex data into clear business language.
- Market Intelligence & Benchmarking: Stay ahead of market movements by continuously analysing competitive pricing industry trends and customer willingness-to-pay. Use insights to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.
Extra informatie
What do you bring
- A Masters degree and at least 710 years of relevant experience in strategic pricing value-based pricing portfolio management or revenue management.
- A strong track record in a complex international B2B environment preferably in industrial services logistics energy manufacturing or consulting.
- Deep understanding of pricing methodology and tools (e.g. cost-plus value-based price elasticity).
- A natural connector who can align stakeholders across teams and translate strategy into tangible results.
- Willing to make your hands dirty whether its diving into data or working closely with operations to get pricing right. You get things done and drives progress forward.
- Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity; you remain focused and effective even when things are in flux.
- Experience leading and developing teams with the ability to balance long-term vision with day-to-day pragmatism.
- Strong analytical mindset commercial drive and a bias for action.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential.
