Job Summary

As an RPA UiPath Lead Developer you will:

Lead design develop and implement end-to-end Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath.
Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into scalable automation workflows.
Take full ownership of automation projectsfrom requirement gathering and solution design to development testing deployment and ongoing support.
Build reusable components and ensure adherence to RPA best practices coding standards and security guidelines.
Troubleshoot optimize and enhance existing automation solutions.
Stay updated with the latest UiPath capabilities RPA trends and industry advancements.

What You Bring to the Table:

68 years of overall experience with strong expertise in RPA and core proficiency in UiPath development.
Hands-on experience in leading automation projects independently.
Strong understanding of process design principles workflow optimization and automation frameworks.
Experience with exception handling Orchestrator queues REFramework and reusable component development.
Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and translate business challenges into technical solutions.

You should possess the ability to:

Work autonomously with minimal supervision while driving projects to completion.
Collaborate effectively with business users analysts and technical teams.
Analyze complex processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Troubleshoot issues quickly and deliver high-quality stable automation solutions.
