Experience and Skill:
- Candidates should possess an FSLC with 2 years relevant work experience.
- Driving Experience: Several years of experience particularly with similar types of trucks and loads is crucial.
- Technical Skill: Proficiency in handling large vehicles backing up parking and navigating through different terrains and weather conditions.
Safety Consciousness:
- Attention to Safety: A strong focus on following safety protocols including the use of seat belts obeying speed limits and performing regular vehicle inspections.
- Clean Driving Record: A history free from major accidents and traffic violations.
Reliability and Responsibility:
- Punctuality: Dependable in meeting delivery schedules and deadlines.
- Responsibility: Careful with cargo ensuring it arrives in good condition and responsible for maintaining the truck.
