Job Description
Join Our Team as a Custom Applicator & Truck Driver!

Custom Applicator
- Operate row crop sprayer dry and liquid floatation equipment
- Perform maintenance and repairs to equipment
- Understand variable rate controllers and GPS equipment
- Properly check quantity of raw materials used and in storage
- Apply accurate application to fields with or without special instructions
- Work around and/or handles hazardous materials
Truck Driver
- Deliver agronomy products
- Assist with loading and delivering fertilizer and/or chemicals
- Perform maintenance and repairs to equipment
- Perform basic mechanical maintenance
- Perform and record general housekeeping
- Complete and maintain driving and delivery records
- Perform basic grain handling loading and unloading
- Assist with other duties where needed by management

Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- General computer knowledge
- Commercial Applicators license with 1A 1B and 1C endorsements or must be able to obtain when required
- Class A CDL license or must be able to successfully complete the Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) when required
- Ability to work long seasonal hours climb heights and stand for long periods of time
- Detailed oriented to provide accurate and consistent work
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to move self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces
