Are you passionate about food and customer service We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Deli Assistants at SPAR Killarney on Muckross Rd. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our newly revamped deli in an expanding store.
Deli Assistant Role
As a Deli Assistant you will play a key role in preparing and serving delicious food to our customers. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards assisting customers with their orders and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all.
Prepare and serve a variety of fresh food items
Assist customers in selecting and customising their orders
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Follow food safety guidelines and procedures
Food experience is desirable but not required we provide training for the right candidates. If you are friendly reliable and eager to learn we want to hear from you.

Job requirements
The ideal candidate will possess many of the below attributes:
Previous supervisory experience
Operational knowledge of retail environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
An understanding of consumer needs
Understanding of employment health & safety HACCP and consumer legislation
Committed to continually improving standards
Self-motivated & ambitious
Computer literate
