We are looking for Sales Manager (Surabaya)
As a Sales Manager we rely on you to:
- Assist Director of Sales to effectively communicate and implement sales strategy and objective with team members
- Handle sales activities with local and international partners
- Generate new business opportunities through various channels
- Implement the sales activities and action plans outlined in the sales and marketing plan of the hotel
- Takes responsibility for the teams sales performance
- Expand and growth potential market portfolio for the company
- Lead and motivate the sales team
- Maintain sales and service standards of the team
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for Sales and Marketing
- Is a strong team player & self driven for results
- Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions for business partners and customers
- Has a can-do attitude thinks outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel
- Understands the global markets and local environment
- Fluent in english both written and spoken (as well as the local language)
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to engage in a friendly and professional manner with business partners and customers
