We are currently recruiting for:
Position:Sales & Service Advisor
Location:Milton Keynes
Job Type:Full Time
What youll do
As aSales and Service Advisor youll be the first point of contact for customers entering the store for service. By being the primary person responsible for managing service intake youll integrate the sales and service experience by delivering Treks signature hospitality and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer journey through thoughtful product recommendations.
Youll work closely with the service technicians to coordinate workflow ensure service orders are organized manage warranties and keep customers informed throughout the process. Youll also play a key role in preparing bikes for delivery and supporting the sales floor with ready-to-ride products.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced customer-focused environment and who sees every interaction as a chance to build trust solve problems and create lasting relationships. Youll be a key contributor to the stores success by connecting service and sales with energy empathy and efficiency.

- Bicycle technical knowledge and understanding
- Experience in customer service hospitality or retail sales
