Were on the lookout for a Service Advisor Assistant whospart concierge part traffic controller part customer service rockstar! If youre friendly focused and love the sound of a smooth-running engine (and the satisfaction of a job well done) you might be exactly who were looking for.
Hourly Wage Range: $18.10 - $20.80
What Youll Be Up To:
- Welcome customers like old friendsbecause they are!
- Handle vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups like a pro.
- Park and retrieve cars (yes you get to drive them!).
- Do walkarounds record concerns tag keys and prep vehicles for service.
- Keep things sparklingcoordinate car washes sanitize vehicles help with snow clearing in winter.
- Communicate clearly and kindly with customersupdates service needs next steps.
- Support the service team and keep schedules on track.
- Keep learning and leveling up with ongoing training.
- Be the go-to person who makes the customer experience smooth and stress-free.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Valid drivers license with a clean record (bonus points if you can handle a manual!).
- People skills for daysfriendly helpful and genuinely interested in others.
- Organized and reliableyou know how to manage your time and get stuff done.
- Flexible and able to work outside in all kinds of weather.
- Previous automotive or service advisor experience is a big asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
