What we need
Were looking for 2 additional Senior Full Stack Engineers to join our incredible team! You would join on a 6-month contract based in Auckland with a requirement of only one day per week in the office.
You will play a critical role in designing developing and delivering robust software solutions that drive our products and services forward shipping AI features from prototype to production. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to architect scalable systems mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in software development. Our engineering team adapts quickly leveraging the latest AI dev tools to improve efficiency and increase accurate output.

What youll be doing:
- Design develop test and maintain high-quality software applications.
- Lead architectural discussions and contribute to strategic technology decisions.
- Review code provide constructive feedback and uphold engineering standards.
- Collaborate with product managers designers and other stakeholders to deliver features from concept to deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers fostering a culture of learning.
What were looking for:
- 5 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in PHP Vue (Typescript) MySQL
- Experience with AWS cloud services
- Expertise in building scalable web applications and working with distributed systems.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns data structures and best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines automated testing and version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Experience utilising AI Dev tools and/or building AI functionalities into products is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
NB: Must have own equipment compatible with our tech stack which is Apple silicon Mac computers minimum of 32GB of RAM.
