JOB LOCATION:Lekki & Victoria Island Lagos
JOB DETAILS:
ADVERTISEMENT
- Our client is seeking an experienced and skilled Retail Store Manager to lead their high-end store in Lekki and VI.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Manage store operations including inventory management visual merchandising and maintenance
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
- Maintain high store standards including health and safety regulations
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in retail management preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Passion for luxury retail and providing exceptional customer service
Salary
N400000 N500000 monthly.
