Job Description

JOB TITLE: Retail Store Manager

JOB LOCATION:Lekki & Victoria Island Lagos

JOB DETAILS:

ADVERTISEMENT
  • Our client is seeking an experienced and skilled Retail Store Manager to lead their high-end store in Lekki and VI.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales staff to provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage store operations including inventory management visual merchandising and maintenance
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
  • Maintain high store standards including health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in retail management preferably in a luxury retail environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Passion for luxury retail and providing exceptional customer service

Salary
N400000 N500000 monthly.
