- Position Title: Sales and Marketing Executive
- Working Location: Tampines
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon Fri 8.30am 5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5000 Transport Allowance Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a broad range of semiconductor and electronic component products for OEMs EMS providers and independent distributors in regional and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional agents and global trading partners to ensure smooth supply and alignment with business goals.
- Work with engineering procurement and R&D to understand technical needs and provide suitable component solutions.
- Find and pursue new sales opportunities to grow market share in both highvolume and niche component segments.
- Support existing clients to drive satisfaction retention and repeat orders.
- Advise on product specifications compatibility and applications to support informed purchasing.
- Respond promptly to pricing availability order status and logistics enquiries.
- Follow up after sales to troubleshoot issues and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Track sales results and KPIs; prepare regular reports to guide strategy and improve forecasts.
- Handle inbound enquiries and follow up on leads quickly and professionally to convert them.
- Work with supply chain logistics and finance to complete orders smoothly and keep customers satisfied.

- Diploma or Degree in Electronics/Electrical or related field.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor and electronic components including uses and market trends.
- Experience working with agents distributors and trading partners in the electronics supply chain.
- Good understanding of sales channels and distribution models in the semiconductor sector.
