Job Description
JOB TITLE: Team Lead Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA / QC) Fiber Operations
JOB LOCATION:Lagos
ADVERTISEMENT
JOB DETAILS;
- The Team Lead is required to manage the following; Spot Checks and Reporting of Outside Plant Fiber Activities Milestone and Final Acceptance Testing Escalations and Enforcement of Quality As Built Documentation as well as maintain and update standards and specification documentation for training purposes.
- The job involves ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence during all levels of engagements with customers and stakeholders proactively providing support and input when required.
Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance And Compliance on all Outside Plant Deployments and Operations
- Periodic Audit and Verification of As Maintained Information and Records
- Updating and Maintaining Standards and Specifications Documentation
- Updating and Maintaining Training Documentation
- Weekly Monthly and Quarterly Reporting on Performance Indices as required in the Infrastructure Quality Unit
- Build and maintain a healthy relationship with customers and stakeholders
- Drive internal and external training initiatives for team members.
Requirements
- Electrical Engineering Computer Science Computer Engineering ICT and related courses. (2.2/Upper Credit Minimum)
- 3 years experience in Turnkey Fiber Deployment and Civil Works standards and specifications
- CFOT is an added advantage
- Good Knowledge of Fiber Turnkey Deployments and Civil Works and Materials standards
- Conversant with Microsoft Office Tools AutoCAD/Visio A good knowledge of GIS will be an added advantage
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
