Job Responsibilities:
The Citadel The Military College of South Carolina is seeking an application for the position of Administrative Coordinator under the supervision of the Executive Director of Student Affairs and Academic Services. The Administrative Coordinator supports the Executive Director by providing highly involved complex and diversified assistance as well as serving as a liaison to various departments across campus. The specific roles for which the Administrative Coordinator is responsible includes:
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelors Degree and progressive administrative experience. Position requires excellent working knowledge of office and management principles as well as interpersonal management judgement and decision-making skills that will allow for effective working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization and the college community. Employee must be able to work independently without supervision be motivated able to bring closure to tasks be able to use sound judgement in dealing with all aspects of matters pertaining to the office and have the ability to work with individuals of all levels of the organization to ensure tasks and assignments are met in an efficient and timely manner.
