Role Overview

Lead a team within the procurement department focusing on strategic sourcing and supplier management to drive cost savings improve supplier performance and ensure high-quality materials and services. This role involves managing supplier relationships negotiating contracts and developing sourcing strategies aligned with company objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement processes identify cost-saving opportunities and support sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans to meet business goals.
Leading negotiations with suppliers to achieve favourable terms and value.
Overseeing supplier selection performance evaluation and relationship management.
Collaborating with internal teams to align procurement strategies with company needs.
Driving initiatives for continuous improvement in sourcing efficiency and quality.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and sustainability standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
Strong negotiation analytical and leadership skills.
Ability to manage supplier relationships and collaborate cross-functionally.
Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends.
