About the Role

As anAged Care Workeryoull directly support our residents physical and emotional wellbeing and overall quality of life. Your personalised care and empathetic companionship will truly make a positive impact on their lives. It really is a highly rewarding role!

We are specifically looking for passionate people for our Aged Care Centre IRT Woodlandsis located inMeridan Plains (Sunshine Coast).This is apart-time opportunityto work with a guaranteed startingminimum of24 hours per week working afternoon and night shift:

Your work may include:

  • Assisting our residentswith theirdaily living and personal needssuch as eating showering personal hygiene dressing personal grooming and general mobility
  • Administering medication and applying simple wound dressings
  • Supporting resident participation in lifestyle and social activities

To Be Successful You Will Have

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support or equivalent is must.
  • A big heart youre empathetic adaptable and have a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possible
  • Experience in aged or community care or a passion to begin your career in the aged care sector
