To strengthen our capabilities and secure the quality of high-voltage installations we are now hiring HV Jointer Trainers. This new position plays a critical role in developing the next generation of certified jointers with a focus on both technical excellence and safe execution. The role is based at our training centers in Halden and Calais but includes collaboration across international projects.
YOUR ROLE
As an HV Jointer Trainer you will lead the hands-on training of cable jointers in MI XLPE and 525kV HVDC jointing. You will be responsible for delivering structured training programs assessing jointers maintaining training documentation and facilities and contributing to the continuous development of internal competencies.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a certified and experienced HV jointer who is passionate about mentoring others. You should have strong technical knowledge excellent communication skills and a structured approach to training and documentation. Experience with MI and XLPE cable systems is required; experience with 525kV HVDC is a strong advantage.
YOU BRING
- Certification and extensive experience as an HV jointer
- Strong background in MI and XLPE jointing; HVDC experience preferred
- Practical training or mentoring experience is an advantage
- Fluency in English; French or Norwegian is a plus
- A proactive structured and safety-focused mindset

WORK LOCATION
Halden (Norway) and Calais (France) with occasional travel to project locations.
