Job Title: Employment Solicitor
Location: Dublin
Salary: 80000 - 125000 (commensurate with experience)
Hybrid Working Available

Description:
We are currently hiring for a top-tier International Law firm in Dublin. They are seeking an Employment Solicitor with 1-6 PQE to join their growing team. The role will involve a mix of contentious and non-contentious work including litigation advisory services and corporate support. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor looking to work on high-quality cases with leading clients.

The Role:

  • Provide employment law advisory and support on contentious matters.

  • Act on employment litigation cases including tribunal hearings discrimination and unfair dismissal claims.

  • Advise on corporate support including employee contracts TUPE regulations and redundancy processes.

  • Manage a diverse caseload of employment-related issues for high-profile clients.

  • Develop strong client relationships and provide practical legal solutions.

The Person:

  • 1-6 PQE in employment law with experience in litigation and advisory work.

  • Strong client management skills and ability to provide clear legal advice.

  • Knowledge of corporate employment law and experience in handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.

  • Proactive adaptable and a team player.
