Location: Lookers South Shields Ford
Contract: Full-Time Permanent
Salary: Up to 42600 OTE (30K34K basic 6.6K bonus uncapped plus 2K EV bonus overachievement bonus)
Hours: MondayFriday 8:30am5:00pm every other Saturday 8:30am1:00pm

Were on the lookout for skilled Mechanics and Vehicle Technicians to join our busy Ford workshop. Whether youre an experienced Service Tech MOT Tester Diagnostic Tech or Master Technician wed love to hear from you. Our technicians play a vital role within our Service team by delivering first class customer service every time. We want you to be part of our success.

Youll be working with a friendly professional team carrying out:

• Vehicle servicing and repairs

• Pre-delivery inspections (PDIs)

• Vehicle health checks using the latest tools

• Warranty work and road testing

Full training and support are provided including EV & Hybrid training and manufacturer-accredited courses to keep your skills sharp and future-ready.

What Were Looking For:

• Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance

• Full UK driving licence

• Dealership or independent garage experience

• MOT and diagnostic experience is a bonus not essential
