Responsibilities

• Creating content scripts and program flows for live streaming.
  • Being responsible for the creation and coordination of livestreams through analysis of consumers e-commerce platforms etc.
  • Implementing creative content-driven strategies and solutions for live streams/shows in line with the companys branding image while meeting business outcomes.
  • Preparing files scenes and streaming protocols before the live stream.
  • Learning about the products benefits features etc. before starting the live video.
• Hosting for branding awareness and products.
  • Hosting for branding awareness and products through online livestreams.
  • Being able to persuade people to buy the product.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to produce valuable live content or live events.
  • Participating in content activity planning and operations guiding streamers to produce featured and various live content.
• Being responsible for program hosting and managing live streaming.
  • Being responsible for program hosting managing live streaming and monitoring its effectiveness.
  • Actively engaging and interacting with followers and audiences during live streaming sessions.
  • Driving traffic and engagement through interacting with viewers presenting products and services attending to queries and leading the overall flow of the live stream in a brisk and lively manner.
  • Persuading followers and audiences to buy products during the live streaming session.
  • Innovating in the livestream process.
• Miscellaneous Tasks:
  • Handling general inquiries from the direct manager when required.

Skill Requirements

• Strong interest in live streaming e-commerce hosting and content creation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills including staying calm and troubleshooting on the spot.
• Being self-driven passionate able to work independently and willing to take on challenges.
• Having an attractive and photogenic appearance good communication skills and excellent selling and public speaking skills.
• Having experience as a Livestreamer/Host preferably on Shopee Lazada TikTok etc.
