Scopely is looking for a Senior Product Manager Publish & Live Opsto join Slate Development Group and contribute to an ambitious new AAA cross-platform game based in Shanghai China.

Slate Development Group owns Scopelys editorial and content strategy including the companys greenlighting Game Development Framework (GDF) studio strategy (organic and inorganic) and slate-wide budget and investment strategy.
What Youll Do
As a Senior Product Manager Publish & Live Ops you will be a critical role to the games success in the west. Your core focus will be defining and driving publishing strategy ensuring our game meets internal and market expectations in the major western regions. You will be based in Shanghai and Report to the Director of Product on this game team.
- Benchmarking & Market Insights: Continuously track market trends target audience behavior and competitor benchmarks in the major western regions. Translate findings into actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Publishing: Plan and drive games roadmap from dev to launch at a Product stand point.
- Live ops: Leverage Scopelys strengths in LiveOps by developing and adapting scalable systems tailored to the game. Establish robust pre-launch plans to support a strong and sustainable live phase.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Communicate and align all the work effectively across disciplines. Ensure alignment among the dev team marketing UA community etc.
What Were Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Strong insights about western mobile midcore games.
- 5 years of experience working on western publishing and live ops product roles.
- Drove at least one free to play mobile midcore launch in the major western countries.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bilingual fluency in reading and writing
- Passion for data-informed decision-making and strategic thinking
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working across both Chinese and Western game development cultures.
- End-to-end product ownership experience from development through LiveOps
- Comfortable operating in both English and Chinese in professional settings
