You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe School of Humanities aims to enhance its Graduate (Coursework) programme offerings and by extension further develop its professional development capabilities through the Skillsfuture scheme. The Senior Executive is responsible for assisting with the coordination and delivery of student & academic services of the Master of Arts in Translation and Interpretation (MTI) programme. The incumbent will support the execution and operations of the programme by providing timely delivery of information and services to faculty staff and students.
Key responsibilities:
Student Admission
Plan and schedule application procedures and timelines.
Process and review applications coordinate and facilitate screening tests and interviews.
Support and execute marketing outreach student orientation and information sessions.
Work closely with different departments at various levels within the University for student matters.
Programme Operations
Customer service tending to student and faculty queries.
Processing of various student administration matters eg. matriculation course registration leave of absence thesis submission etc.
Continuing Education and Training (CET) course
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the smooth planning and running of courses.
Provide logistical support includingenrolment budgeting billing payment hiring and class scheduling.
Assist with CET enquiries and associate administrative tasks relating to the SkillsFuture Scheme.
Publicity outreach and event support
Maintain programme website Facebook page and other social media platforms where applicable.
Render support for seminars/webinars.
Requirements:
A recognised degree in any discipline.
1 to 2 years of experience in management of professional education programme.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Possess exceptional administrative and organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office application software.
Proficiency in online communication software such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
Meticulous and resourceful
A strong collaborator ability to work well within the team and with key stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and handle unforeseen situations effectively.
