JOB TITLE: Product Manager B2B Sales Promotion (Hotels & Holiday Packages)

JOB LOCATION:Lagos

JOB DETAILS:

  • We are looking for a proactive and experienced Product Manager to lead and enhance our B2B sales platform for hotel and holiday packages.
  • This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the travel industry strong project management skills and a commitment to innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Development:Drive the development and improvement of our B2B platform to meet client needs and stay competitive in the market.
  • Market Research:Analyze market trends customer preferences and competitive dynamics.
  • Roadmap Planning:Create and manage product roadmaps prioritizing features and enhancements based on feedback and business goals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner closely with sales marketing and operations to align product strategies with overall objectives.
  • Project Management:Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch ensuring timely high-quality delivery.
  • Client Feedback:Collect and analyze client feedback to refine the product and optimize user experience.
  • Performance Monitoring:Track KPIs and product performance providing regular insights to senior management.
  • Innovation:Explore and implement new features to maintain the platforms market leadership.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product management preferably within the travel industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving and project management abilities; proven track record of successful product launches.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the travel industry including hotel and holiday packages and B2B product operations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools and software.
