Project Overview:
Our client is a leading global biopharmaceutical company with a strong heritage of innovation and a commitment to improving patient lives through transformative science. As a Business Translator you will be at the heart of our AI & Big Data division dedicated to enhancing customer outcomes through data-driven insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders to visualize business process challenges and drive transformation using AI and big data. Your role will involve working closely with technical teams including data scientists and engineers to develop effective solutions based on business needs.

Scope of service
- Understand business needs and work with technical teams to develop effective solutions and implement external solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and visualize business process challenges driving transformation through AI and big data.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance organizational AI capabilities.
- Understand and implement enterprise digital tools to contribute to operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of practical experience in identifying challenges and conducting data analysis.
- Experience in the entire process from planning to execution and evaluation of projects or initiatives.
- Proven leadership experience in engaging multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical problem-solving interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Native-level Japanese language proficiency and business-level English proficiency.
