What Youll Do
Are you an experienced HVAC professional looking to take your career in a new direction Were seeking a HVAC Service Sales Engineer to join our expanding team in the Munster region. This is a sales-focused role but your HVAC expertise is what matters most. Whether youve worked as a technician engineer or in HVAC service management your industry knowledge will be key to helping clients find the right solutions.
How youll do it
As a HVAC Service Sales Engineer youll play a pivotal role in growing our service and maintenance contract base across Munster. Youll work directly with end users and facilities management teams to offer tailored HVAC solutions that deliver long-term value. Youll also have access to innovative products that set JCI/Airflow Services apart in the market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and securing new service and maintenance contracts
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Developing and executing a regional growth strategy
- Promoting JCI/Airflows full range of HVAC services and solutions
What we look for
Were looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in HVAC ideally with a background as an engineer technician or in HVAC service delivery
- Customer-focused able to understand client needs and match them with the right solutions
- Sales-savvy while prior sales experience is a plus its not essential
- A strong communicator confident in presenting solutions and building trust
- Driven and independent capable of managing your own territory and growing your portfolio
