The Opportunity

The Adobe Analytics platform handles more than 20 billion transactions daily and provides crucial reporting data to customers globally. We are looking for a committed and diligent Software Engineer with outstanding development skills to join our top-notch Data Science team in Analytics. What youll Do

• Work on ML models infrastructure and deploy pipelines to make them scalable.
• Evaluate the applicability of the latest MLOps and AIOps methodologies.
• Identify manual processes that can be automated and monitored.
• Participate in P0 and P1/Sev1 ticket triage and assist in Root Cause Analysis.
• Build and deploy automation monitoring and analysis solutions.
• Set up and maintain alerting systems.
• Implement and own the end-to-end software development process.
• Participate in various aspects of software development activities.
• Identify external technologies and determine their applicability.
• Recommend system and process improvements.
• Invest time and energy to improve your skills and knowledge.

What you need to succeed

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in computer science or a related field or 10 years of equivalent practical experience or both.
• Proven experience in developing software systems.
• Demonstrated mastery in Analytic Solutions design and data analysis.
• Proficient in evaluating ML Models.
• Familiarity with LLMs is a plus.
• Must be diligent and demonstrate initiative and high self-motivation.
• Hard-working creative and possess a positive attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly collaborative working style.

At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
