Job Summary (List Format):
- Acts as a Product Owner/Technical Business Analyst focused on development team enablement.
- Documents developer team pain points workflows and requirements with clear technical writing (wiki-style).
- Works closely with approximately 10 development leads across 100 scrum teams (primarily onshore).
- Creates lightweight visuals and diagrams as needed (not responsible for heavy architecture documents).
- Builds and maintains documentation in Confluence; some use of Trello may be required.
- Collaborates directly with leads to understand problems and develop appropriate documentation.
- Translates business needs into technical stories and documents workflows.
- Demonstrates leadership and strong communication skills.
- Possesses knowledge of SDLC Agile and DevOps practices.
- Comfortable asking baseline questions and guiding teams through processes.
- Hybrid role: 3 days onsite required within 50 miles of Wilmington DE; Baltimore MD; Charlotte NC; Dallas TX; New York NY; or Evansville IN.
