Location: Van Nuys CA (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM 40 hours per week (No weekends)
Pay Rate: $65 $75 per hour

We are currently seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a growing practice in Van Nuys CA. This is a full-time role in a supportive environment where youll provide direct patient care and play an integral role in patient wellness.

Position Overview:
The Family Nurse Practitioner will perform a wide range of clinical duties including IV starts injections patient evaluations and standard FNP responsibilities. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish comfortable with technology and passionate about delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive patient care including assessments diagnoses and treatment
Perform IVs injections and other standard FNP procedures
Utilize Practice Fusion EHR to document patient interactions
Collaborate with the medical team to ensure continuity of care
Prescribe medications in accordance with regulations (DEA license required)
Communicate effectively with patients and families in both English and Spanish

Qualifications:

Active California Nurse Practitioner license
Current NPI and DEA license
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
Proficiency in Word Excel and EHR systems (Practice Fusion preferred)
Open to new graduate NPs with 3 5 years RN experience in Med-Surg or clinical settings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
