Our customer is a medical technology company dedicated to advancing healthcare through innovative solutions. They specialize in the development and manufacturing of products that play a crucial role in neurological and psychiatric treatments.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives for the product line.
- Conducting market research to identify trends competitive landscape and customer needs.
- Defining and communicating the unique value proposition of products.
- Creating compelling marketing messages and content that resonate with target audiences.
- Planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate awareness and demand.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Utilizing digital channels to engage healthcare professionals patients and key stakeholders.
- Identifying and building relationships with key opinion leaders in neurology and psychiatry.
- Collaborating with KOLs to gather insight and testimonials and support educational initiatives.
- Planning and coordinating participation in industry conferences trade shows and events.
- Driving pre-event and post-event marketing activities to maximize impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology Pharmacist Marketing Business or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in medical device marketing with a focus on Neurology Psychiatry or Rehabilitation Doctor.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the medical device industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
