As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients analysing their needs implementing software solutions and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Business Application Consulting team you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver Salesforce solutions that drive business impact. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems mentor junior team members and maintain professional standards while building meaningful client relationships.
Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through Salesforce solutions.
Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
Design and implement Salesforce solutions that are aligned with business goals.
Perform Salesforce configuration changes as needed.
Communicate effectively with Delivery leads developers and stakeholders.
Mentor junior associates to enhance their skills
Uphold professional standards in every client interaction
Navigate intricate project requirements to deliver quality outcomes
Utilize analytical tools to evaluate project performance
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team
What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 4 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in global/offshore teams
- Collaborating with stakeholders for requirement gathering
- Experience in working on large scale technology transformations
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Extensive experience in Salesforce core platforms Sales and Service Cloud
- Providing proficiency in Salesforce Industry Clouds
- Adobe Experience Manager Experience
- Financial Services experience and/or Ncino
- Designing scalable Salesforce configurations
- Staying updated on Salesforce platform enhancements
- Leveraging AI and automation tools in Salesforce
- Salesforce certifications in Business Analyst and Administrator preferred
Additional Qualification
Amenable to work in BGC Taguig Metro Manila
