Key Responsibility:

1. Service Delivery Management

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow services (ITSM ITOM ITBM/SPM HRSD CSM etc.).
  • Ensure that service levels and performance metrics (SLAs OLAs KPIs) are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Oversee incident problem change and request management processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Lead service review meetings providing insights on performance risks and improvement areas.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve escalations promptly and effectively.

2. Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Serve as the primary escalation and communication point for clients and key business stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust in ServiceNow services.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable service improvements or platform enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to align ServiceNow roadmap with organizational priorities.

3. Operational Excellence

  • Monitor platform health performance and compliance with governance standards.
  • Manage ServiceNow updates releases and changes in coordination with platform owners.
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices in service management and operations.
  • Drive automation and efficiency improvements through the ServiceNow platform.

4. Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop and maintain operational documentation playbooks and service procedures.
  • Conduct regular service performance reviews and recommend improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation process optimization and enhanced service quality.
  • Track and report operational risks and ensure mitigation plans are implemented.

5. Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and mentor ServiceNow administrators developers and support staff.
  • Ensure effective workload distribution task prioritization and adherence to SLAs.
  • Foster collaboration across functional and technical teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
