As we are expanding the use of Copilot and AI agents into our organization we are seeking a dedicated M365 Adoption Specialist to lead the successful adoption of this technology.
The M365 Adoption Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that our teams fully embrace and leverage Copilots capabilities and other M365 services to enhance productivity streamline processes and drive overall efficiency. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to develop and execute adoption strategies provide training and support and manage the change process effectively. Lead the changein defining and executing a dynamic Copilot adoption strategy and roadmap tailored to our unique organizational needs. Drive user engagement and ensure the seamless deployment of Copilot and other M365 services.
Empower our teamby conducting engaging training sessions and workshops. Develop and implement a comprehensive communication and training plan to educate users effectively.
Build a thriving communityof champions and early adopters. Promote peer learning and share inspiring success stories to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Be the voice of the userby gathering valuable feedback to continuously refine features and increase user experience and adoption rates.
Make a difference as M365 Adoption Specialist
As an M365 Adoption Specialist you are the lead for driving the successful adoption of Microsoft 365 services within our organization. You are responsible for providing and implementing the M365 adoptionplan. Furthermore you:
Enhance productivity and quality by adoption of fit for purpose M365 solutions based on best practices.
Monitor and evaluate adoption metrics to assess their effect on productivity and efficiency and identify opportunities for enhancement.
Collaborate with global key stakeholders including IT teams department heads and executive sponsors to align adoption strategies with business goals.
Stay updated on the latest developmentsin Copilot (Copilot studio agents etc.) and apply these innovations at Enza Zaden.
What you bring as a future colleague
You have a Bachelors degree in information technology computer science or a related field preferred.
You have minimum 5 years of experience.
You are passionate about Microsoft 365 and adoption management. Experience with Copilot Copilot studio and agents is a plus
You are a proactive professional with excellent communication and analytical skills tailored to user needs.
You excel in global cross-functional teamwork and aligning with stakeholders.
